Septic System Design and Installation
TAKE THE WORRY OUT OF YOUR SEPTIC SYSTEM
A properly designed septic system must suit the property, building requirements and expected daily use. JW Plumbing Plus can assist with:
- New septic system design and planning
- Replacement system design
- Permit requirements and documentation
- Septic system installation
- Connections between the building and septic tank
- System inspections
- Coordination throughout the approval and installation process
We take a complete approach to each project, helping ensure the system is properly planned, installed and prepared for inspection.
Sewage Ejector Pumps
Sewage ejector pumps move wastewater from plumbing fixtures located below the level of the main septic line. When a pump fails, it can quickly interrupt the use of a basement bathroom, laundry area or other lower-level plumbing.
JW Plumbing Plus provides:
- Sewage ejector pump servicing
- Pump troubleshooting and diagnosis
- Sewage ejector pump replacement
- Basin and plumbing connection repairs
- High-water alarm service and replacement
Pumps and High-Water Alarms
Reliable pumps and alarms can provide important protection against wastewater backups and water damage. We install, service and replace:
- Sump pumps
- Sewage ejector pumps
- Pump controls and related components
- High-water alarms inside septic tank basins
- Associated discharge lines and plumbing connections
If an alarm activates or a pump is not operating properly, contact JW Plumbing Plus promptly so the system can be assessed.
Septic Line Repairs and Blockages
PROFESSIONAL SEPTIC SERVICE AND REPAIR
Problems between your home or building and the septic tank can cause slow drains, backups, odours and other plumbing concerns. Septic-related plumbing services from JW Plumbing Plus include:
- Clearing blockages in lines leading to the septic tank
- Diagnosing recurring drainage problems
- Repairing damaged or leaking septic lines
- Replacing deteriorated or collapsed piping
- Correcting improper indoor plumbing connections
- Connecting new plumbing installations to an existing septic system
We identify the source of the problem and explain the available repair options before work begins.
Septic Services for Rural and Cottage Properties
Septic systems are common throughout rural communities, cottage country, island properties and other locations beyond municipal sewer service. Our experience with plumbing, well systems and seasonal properties allows us to consider how these systems work together.
We travel to properties throughout Southern Ontario, including islands and remote locations. Access requirements and travel arrangements can be discussed when scheduling service.
What Our Septic Service Does Not Include
JW Plumbing Plus does not provide septic tank pumping. When pumping is required, a licensed septic pumping company must empty and dispose of the tank contents.
Our work focuses on septic system design and installation, plumbing connections, line blockages and repairs, pumps, alarms and related system components.
Plan Your Septic Project with Confidence
From a new system requiring design and permits to a blocked line or failed sewage ejector pump, JW Plumbing Plus provides honest recommendations, clear communication and professional service throughout the process.

What Our Clients Say ...
When we moved into our new house we immediately experienced some issues with toilets not flushing properly and sinks not draining properly. We called Jeremiah and within a few hours he had someone at my door. They fixed all of my issues very quickly and kept me well-informed as they went along. They were courteous and respectful of our home. We also found their prices to be very reasonable too! JW Plumbing Plus managed to turn a bad day into a good one pretty quickly. Thanks again!!
